Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.

  • Handling Time: We have a one (1) business day handling time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Business Days: Monday - Friday; excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We currently ship to the following countries:

We do not ship to the following US locations:

  • Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI)

  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. RedtopBoots is not responsible for these charges.

P.O. Box Addresses

  • We can ship to P.O. Box addresses within the United States.

  • Orders to P.O. Boxes will be delivered via USPS.

  • Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations & Modifications: Once an order has been successfully processed and has shipped from our facility, it cannot be canceled or modified. To receive a refund or exchange, please follow our standard return process by shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse address.

  • Address Changes: We are unable to change or redirect the shipping address for a package once the order has been processed. Per our agreements with our third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee that a package can be rerouted to a new address or that it will arrive safely and on time after such a change is attempted. We strongly recommend contacting the carrier directly to arrange for a package hold or explore other options for retrieval.
