General Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online from redtopboots.com for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original, pristine condition with proof of purchase. The return package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. To begin the return process, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal to fill out the required return form and generate a return shipping label.

  2. Return labels must be generated within the 30-day window from the date you received your item(s).

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Label Fee: For returns using our provided shipping label, a flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount. You may use a single return label for multiple items from the same order.

  • Customer Responsibility: All costs associated with initial outbound or return shipping for purchases, exchanges, repairs, or refunds are the responsibility of the purchaser. RedtopBoots does not reimburse original standard or expedited shipping fees.

  • International Returns: The pre-paid return label service is not available for orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States. If you wish to return an international order, please contact our customer service team to obtain the return address and instructions. You are responsible for arranging and paying for a trackable shipping method.

Packaging Your Return

  1. Securely seal your item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

  2. Include the packing slip inside the box with your name, address, order number, and contact information. We highly recommend insuring your return package.

  3. Affix the return label to the outside of the box, ensuring it covers any previous shipping labels.

  4. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location (e.g., any UPS drop box or retail location).

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our facility, our returns department will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria (original condition, within the 30-day window). Packages are received and inspected during normal business hours (Monday-Friday).

  • Notification: If your return is approved, our customer service team will notify you via email.

  • Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Returns Exceeding the Timeframe

Unfortunately, RedtopBoots will not accept any merchandise for a refund or exchange that is returned after the 30-day timeframe, regardless of its condition. Items sent back to us outside of this window will not be accepted for inspection and will be returned to the original sender.
